Accounting Receivables Clerk at SCHUMACHER CARGO LOGISTICS, INC. Gardena, CA 90248
We are looking for additional Accounting Receivables Clerk.
Preference will be given to experienced Transportation Candidate.
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm under COVID-19 Special workflow conditions.
Schumacher Cargo Logistics, Inc HQ, is located in Gardena, CA with additional locations in, Texas, New York & San Francisco.
Will be responsible for:
Accounts Receivables Responsibilities.
Accurate A/R Invoice data entry,5 Digit G/L Coding.
Coordinating inter-department involvement in AP.
Coordinating with Company vendors.
SkillsAccounting systems background needed (MAS 90/200 preferable).
Strong Microsoft Excel spreadsheet skillsFull and complete understanding of Coded G/L Data EntryOutstanding analytical skills and attention to details.
Ability to articulate ideas clearly, verbally and in writing.
Well organized, high energy, self-starter, focused, goal-oriented, accountable, results driven and have great computer skills.
