Job Duties: Manage the company according to the company's goals, policy, objectives, and procedures; Supervise and direct other employees; Establish or modify inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, work schedules, and duty assignments; Control inventory to ensure the company's smooth operation; Recruit, interview, hire, train, direct, and monitor employees, complete performance evaluations, and resolve staffing issues; Set and implement work procedures and quality standards; Ensure that legal and company standards are met and follow up on all complaints; Ensure that proper security procedures are in place to protect employees, customers, and company assets; Confer with the President in regards to management, finances, staffing and quality control; Direct and coordinate the company's financial and budget activities to fund operation and increase efficiency; Develop and implement opportunities to control costs and provide budget management and oversight.
Job Requirements: The employer will accept a bachelor's degree in a management related field such as business administration, management, or management information systems with five years of progressive experience in the occupation or related occupations instead of the primary requirement of a master's degree in a management related field such as business administration, management, or management information systems, and one year of experience in the occupation or related occupations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
