We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Associate to join our team.
The Payroll Associate will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining accurate payroll records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees accurately and on time - Educate employees on payroll onboarding -Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity - Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly - Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits to employees - Calculate and process adjustments, including bonuses, commissions, and overtime - Prepare payroll reports for management as needed - Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation and financial concepts - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Analytical skills to analyze payroll data for accuracy and completeness - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information Note:
