Perform accurate and timely posting and data entry tasksProvide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholdersHandle various forms of cash transactions, including ACH, credit cards, and checksUtilize Net Suite and Mineral Tree software for cash application processesCollaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflowCommunicate with customers regarding payment-related inquiriesAssist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactionsBilingual Spanish speakers may assist in communicating with Spanish-speaking customersContribute to a positive team environment and actively participate in team activities
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar roleProficiency in cash handling and financial transaction processingStrong data entry and posting skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsFamiliarity with Net Suite and Mineral Tree software is a plusAbility to work in an office environment, Monday to Friday, 8:
