As a part-time personal assistant, you will work on-site at our office in Gardena, California, and handle various tasks such as scheduling appointments, booking travel arrangements, running errands, and managing correspondence.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the two owners and internal departments, stakeholders, and external clients - Answer phone calls and emails, and pass on and highlight messages for the CEOs' attention - Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings and events - Help with daily time management and prioritization of tasks for the two CEOs - Run errands as requested by the two CEOs or their families - Coordinate and communicate with the other personal assistants of the two CEOs - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Requirements:
Bilingual - High school diploma or equivalent - At least two years of proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to multitask, organize, and problem-solve - Attention to detail and accuracy - Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs and situations - Availability to work on weekends, holidays, or evenings as needed If you are interested in this position, please send your resume and cover letter to email protected .
