is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Security Director.
We will never communicate with you via text message to discuss or schedule job interviews.
We will never ask you for any personal information over the phone, via email or via text.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
2-4 years of administrative support experience.
Positive, friendly, upbeat attitude and professional demeanor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
WORK ENVIRONMENT Professional office environment.
Job requires ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time.
Job requires ability to lift and carry items up to 20lbs.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to obtain and maintain Gardena City Work Permit.

Responsibilities:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY Assist the Security Director with clerical duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Performs a variety of clerical duties, which requires a good knowledge of office procedures and practices.
Maintains files and records.
Transcribes memos, letters, reports, etc.
Takes notes, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
Enters data into a PC.
Maintains a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Performs all other work-related duties as assigned by the Security Director.
Helps prepare all reportable incidents to the BGC.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
