We are looking for a Rockstar Team Leader & Treatment Coordinator.
The ideal candidate is confident and committed to serving patients and connecting with them to deliver the best healthcare.
Office Manager/ Team Leader Job Responsibilities Take proactive action and communicate on behalf of the practice during regular business hours.
Meet with Doctor every week for update and review of practice business.
Manage all systems and protocols within the practice and those responsible.
Pull and print month-end reports:
AR, Insurance Aging, Month Register for all providers (individual and all together).
Onboarding and training new hires.
Provide weekly updates to the team on progress towards the monthly goal.
Have an understanding of and desire to schedule smarter (and to goal), not harder.
Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities Act as a liaison or case manager between the practice and the patient.
In layman's terms, review the diagnosed problem and treatment options with the patient.
Answer questions and concerns, discuss financing options and make agreements (in writing) concerning treatment, cost, and method of payment while the emotional attachment is high.
Track all treatment presented using an Excel Treatment Tracker.
Monitor the case acceptance ratio on all treatment plans presented.
Our goal is a 67% case acceptance.
If a patient has insurance, estimate their coverage, educate the patient on benefits and limitations of insurance, and collect investments.
Familiar with third-party financing options (e.
g.
