Scale Attendant/ Customer Service

The purpose of this job is to assess and collect fees for facility use.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, operating the scales, assessing and collecting fees, directing customers toward the appropriate facility area, and gathering information for the accounting department, as well as performing additional tasks as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply as a large base of our customers are Spanish speaking.
Individuals who have accounting or computer skills, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook are also encouraged to apply- those with computer and application experience may have additional room for growth.
Direct experience is not required, and training will be provided.
Regular and predictable attendance is required.
Tardiness will not be tolerated, and is checked weekly.
