Polar is seeking a Customer Service Representative Duties include assisting customers over the phone and email, logging in trouble tickets, managing RMAs (requiring chasing and interfacing with many teams to ensure timely resolution), managing and scheduling generator startups, and communicating order status.
Bringing tact, patience, and most of all a desire to solve customer issues effectively and efficiently, in this position you will be instrumental in creating a professional customer service department.
Technical curiosity a must.
Assisting in sales and marketing, also being called upon to prepare quotes for energy systems Ability to receive a high volume of inbound calls with positive attitude Ability to communicate on phone and email to build relationship & trust with customer Creative thinker who can ad hoc problem solve High energy individual that can last all day engaging customers through phone/email interaction Strong phone presence and experience handling dozens of calls per day Strong listening and presentation skills.

What we are Seeking:
Prior customer service experience is a must Candidate must utilize a high attention to detail Professional phone etiquette Must have ability to multi-task Prior Excel spreadsheet experience, SAP experience is a plus Eager to learn about technology; electronic/technical knowledge definite plus Hourly rate based on experience Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
