Job Description Manufacturing Engineer Job Description Assist production and tooling areas by monitoring work in progress. Troubleshoot problems that may arise and take appropriate corrective action. Assist in the development of engineering part and tooling outlines, conceptual tool designs and tool fabrication milestones. Assist in the identification of necessary facility equipment. Perform cost analysis and tradeoff improvement studies. Provide technical interface with customers and vendors. Ability to communicate with shop personnel and assist them with correct tool usage and manufacturing procedures. Skills & Qualifications Working knowledge of CAD and tool design. Motivated self-starter with good communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to work in a team environment with minimal supervision. BS Engineering or Technical Degree.
