Responsibilities This person will be responsible for managing day-to-day website customer service responsibilities relating to website orders which includes:
? Navigating various e-commerce platforms and working closely with the marketing and order fulfillment team to ensure customer satisfaction ? Responding to customer calls, emails and voicemails regarding orders, returns, and shipment tracking ? Responding to customer comment on social media platform.
? Supporting web sales by assisting online customers with website navigation and order placement as needed ? Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints ? Providing feedback on the efficiency of customer service process ? Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing professional customer support ? Assisting in creating policies and procedures ? Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times Qualifications ? Excellent communication ? Proficient writing, grammar and editing skills ? Familiarity with ecommerce website management tools Strong problem-solving skills and proactive in addressing potential issues.
